Fitness classes for those who would like to build strength and stamina before beginning aerials, or serious aerialists who like to spend their entire aerial lesson learning tricks and working on combos so opt to do their conditioning in a separate timeslot.
Flexibility classes are a gentle and social way to build flexibility and strength.
Children's Classes are designed to introduce children to the joy of movement and encourage them to express themselves through dance using the many aerial dance apparatuses available at Zana.
Pole classes are fun and challenging. A great sport for those who like to push the boundaries a little!
Mixed Aerial classes allow students to learn a variety of apparatuses within the same class, with Silks, Hammock, Lyra, Trapeze and Net, there is something for everyone in these exciting classes.
Acrobalance Classes are a great bonding activity, perfect for friends or couples who would like to build their teamwork skills and spend time having fun together.
Private Lessons are available on all apparatuses or on combinations of them.
