Flying Fit is a high energy fitness class aimed at increasing all aspects of fitness: flexibility, stamina and strength. This class is specifically designed to help students build the effective muscle, balance and muscle control needed for all varieties of aerial dance including; pole dancing, silks/tissu, trapeze, lyra and acrobatics. So if you want to build your fitness before enrolling for an aerial dance class or even just complement your current classes with an extra workout, come join us for a challenging and rewarding training session.
